Leading or Managing?

Would you be interested in writing some Business Management ideas for me? I don't want to read it. Wanna be my Manager at work? I don't want to be your employee, and if I did that's all I'd ever be, an employee. Would you feel honored to be called 'Boss Man'? That's as good as it'll ever get for you, and I've been in the trenches long enough to hear what folks have to say about the Boss Man and listen up, it is not pretty! What I will read is material you write on Leading your people, I'll be your team member if you'll be my leader, and I've got no problem with calling you Sir, Ma'am, Sgt or Team Leader. Catch this, as a Leader you'll still be talked about occasionally out of your earshot but it will almost always be in a different light than if they're discussing you as a manager.Big difference. Manager or Leader. Which are you? I've worked for Managers and I've worked for Leaders. I'll tell you I would work for less pay for the Leader any day, and I'm very economically driven. So invest in yourself, graduate from Management to Leadership and reap the rewards! Grow your team, you never know who's ready to take your organization to the next level.Caution: It's difficult to Lead your team solely from your office chair mostly hidden behind your computer and pencil holder.Question: Can you think of experiences when you would have been more productive had your manager been a leader?
